800 g of frozen spinach, not seasoned, thawed before use

1 clove of garlic

150 g of ricotta

½ lemon

300 g of boiled potatoes

500 g of cod dorsal fillet

50 g of dried tomatoes in oil

10 pitted black olives

3 tablespoons of olive oil

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Squeeze the spinach well. Mash the garlic in the ricotta and grate the lemon zest. Stir in the spinach, season with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish. Cut the potatoes and fish into cubes and add salt. Distribute them over the spinach. Remove the tomatoes from the oil, chop them together with the olives and sprinkle them on the spinach.
