Vegetable and fish soup
The vegetable soup (carrots, leeks, pumpkin) is poured hot on the strips of cod fillet. Five minutes of patience and spooning! try also this Croque monsieur and croque madame recipe too.
Ingredients
Main course For 4 people
600 g of vegetables, for example, carrots, leeks, squash
1.5 l of vegetable broth
salt
pepper
400 g of cod fillet
How to proceed
Preparation: approx. 30 minutes
Cut the vegetables into small pieces and put them in a pot with the broth. Simmer for approx. 15 minutes with the lid on. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the fish into 5 mm thick strips and distribute them in soup bowls. Serve the soup hot in bowls and cook the fish in the broth for approx. 5 minutes.
